In addition to spinal decompression with the aerial yoga hammock, Ashtaerial+ Corporate Wellness also offers breathwork coaching, and applies Functional Range Conditioning to a library of yoga sequences and mobility exercises to help you increase your range of motion safely and find strength at your end range. This can be offered in a bespoke 1:1 session or in a team building setting.
